Partial Refunds

Non-Refundable Items
- Any IPTV subscription that has already been activated and used.
- Services disrupted due to factors outside of our control (e.g., government restrictions, third-party content provider issues).
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider without contacting us first may result in account suspension or legal action.
